The 2017 Legislature enacted a tax on hospital bills and some health insurance premiums to help fund expansion of the Oregon Health Plan. More than 82,000 Oregon voters signed referendum petitions, forcing an up or down statewide vote on January 23. Come hear all about it!*

*Please note that lunch reservations are non-refundable and due by noon on the Wednesday before the program. If you are unable to attend the luncheon and have a lunch reservation, please be aware that cancellations made after noon on Wednesday will not be granted. In this case, payment for the reserved lunch is still owed.
