Influence in Design

Dylan Chavez, President of the American Institute of Architects (Salem), will explore the nature and significance of architecture in our community with special attention to how design influences and is influenced. The Myth of the Architect will be set aside in favor of an exposition of what architecture is, what architects do, and why architecture is important to our community and lives. Attendees will leave with an understanding that design really does matter, and why this is so.
