What Happened?

Salem City Club welcomes back Dr. Ed Dover, Professor of Political Science at Western Oregon University, to analyze the results of the 2016 general election.

The talk will focus three topics:

The outcome, meaning, and long term significance of the presidential election.
The congressional elections and their relationship to the presidential outcome.
The independence of the Oregon elections from national patterns.
