Speaker: Charles Rynerson, faculty member of the Population Research Center in the College of Urban and Public Affairs at Portland State University

Knowing population trends is an important ingredient to most state and local decisions. Our guest speaker is an expert demographer and will present information on Oregon’s populations and the upcoming 2020 Census.

**CANCELLATION POLICY: Meal registrations are non-refundable. You can cancel a lunch reservation before 5:00 pm on Tuesday. If you do not cancel and you do not attend, you will still owe Salem City Club the luncheon amount.
