In the fourth of Salem City Club’s Informed Voter Series, you will hear arguments in support of the measure from Oregonians for Immigration Reform and in opposition from Causa Oregon, an immigrants’ rights organization. A question and answer period follows the speakers’ presentations.
Ballot Measure 105 proposes a repeal of the state’s sanctuary state law that limits the cooperation of local law enforcement with federal immigration enforcement (ICE).
